Harry is a general practice attorney with a focus on Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, and Real Estate. Services include drafting wills, powers of attorney, trusts, assisting with trust administration, minor and adult guardianships, health planning, special needs, and tax mitigation, drafting easements, licenses and access agreements, and representing sellers in real estate transactions, to include FIRPTA compliance for foreign persons selling Vermont sited real estate.

A successful applicant of the Vermont Law Office Study Program (JD equivalent) and graduate of the University of Vermont, Harry founded Parker Law, PLLC after having spent fifteen years at a local firm, ten of which practicing law.
Harry lives in North Hero, Vermont, with his wife, daughter, and black labradour, and enjoys everything that Vermont has to offer outdoors.
